6:30pm - 9:30pm
DMG Workshop • 32 Lisgar Street, 3rd Floor • At the Toronto Media Arts Centre (32 Lisgar Street)
Get started with ZBrush, a powerful sculpting, painting, and illustration tool. Learn the interface, tools, techniques and best practices for creating game meshes.
This is a two-part workshop. Part one takes place on October 16, and part two on October 23. Participants who attend both sessions will finish the course with a complete model to use in their own projects.
To sign up for both parts, please register on the event page for Part 1.
New game makers, experienced devs, visual artists, sculptors and people who just want a flexible tool for making art easily.
If you wish to follow along, you’ll need a copy of Zbrush installed on your laptop. Most laptops can run Zbrush – even a Surface Pro 2 runs it like a dream. A 45-day free trial is available online.
We have loaner laptops available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reserve one by emailing us at least 2 days before the workshop.
