DMG Workshop • At the Toronto Media Arts Centre (32 Lisgar Street)
Get a handle on the basics of the texturing pipeline with this introductory workshop for 3D artists!
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- The basics of UVs – How to apply UVing techniques to unwrap an object (provided by instructor) – How to export .FBX into Substance Painter – The basics of Substance Painter – How to texture an object
Attendees can walk away with a finished project!
You should have a basic understanding of modelling concepts to get the most out of this workshop.
Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided.
Nansy is a texture artist at Secret Location in Toronto. She has a background in Fine Arts with a specialist in painting. Check out her portfolio.
