Attend our annual member meeting for insight and input into our operations, finances, and plans for the future.

The voting portion of the meeting is open only to Class A members. If you have any questions about your membership please drop us a line.

We have several vacant board seats. If you are interested in joining the board of directors, you can nominate yourself or have another member nominate you. For more information, please get in touch and read our board member guide.

Unable to make it? Proxy your vote to another member (Class A members only)

Naming a proxy is simply identifying someone you trust to vote on your behalf during the AGM; all the proxy has to do is vote at the appropriate time during the meeting based on their own views. We will have info on the specific logistics of proxy voting available ahead of the meeting.

Meeting will start promptly at 3pm EST.

• Review of 2020 board and committee activities, and summary of plans for 2021
• Presentation of 2020 financial statements - Omer Riza
• Appointment of the auditor of the corporation for the upcoming year
• Hear proposals and board member nominations, if any
• Vote on board member nominees and confirm 2021 appointments
• Call for new committee members
• Virtual friends!

What to Bring

Nothing to prepare, unless you have a proposal you'd like the membership to consider. If so, please notify the AGM chair, Santo Aveiro-Ojeda, at the start of the meeting.

If your plans have changed, please consider proxying your vote. It really helps us out!
