DMG members! Interested in attending the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco March 18-22, 2019? Are you a game developer, artist, designer, or maker looking for friendly pack of pals to enjoy the world's largest professional game industry event with?
We are thrilled to announce the fifth annual DMG Convoy to GDC! Selected applicants will receive a GDC 2019 Conference + Summits pass (valued at $1,699 USD) at no cost.
Please carefully review the below information before applying.
Applications are open November 16-26, 2018. A squad of DMG volunteers (made up of members of our board of directors and programming committee) will review applications and make selections based on:
Preference will be given to members who have never attended GDC.
We want know how you hope to benefit from attending the conference, and how you will bring your experience back to our community.
Travel costs (airfare, accommodations, food, etc.) are your responsibility. We realize this can be a significant barrier to participation, but as a tiny non-profit, we are unable to provide additional financial support.
GDC will take place March 18-22, 2019 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. It’s the world’s largest and longest-running game industry event, featuring over 400 lectures, panels, tutorials and round-table discussions on a comprehensive selection of game development topics.
