How to Apply

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis online from November 24, 2016 until all passes are allocated. DMG volunteers review applications as they come in, and approve and notify applicants who meet the eligibility criteria within a few days. Once all 25 passes have been allocated, this form will close.

Eligibility

  1. You must be an active, Class A member of DMG. Check your status in your member profile.
  2. You must be able to pay for all of your own travel costs, including flights, hotel, food and local transit.
  3. You must agree to the DMG and GDC codes of conduct.

If you don't meet our eligibility criteria, check out some other GDC scholarship programs (including one organized by our friends at Pixelles in Montreal!).

Additional Costs

Travel costs (airfare, accommodations, food, etc.) are your responsibility. We realize this can be a significant barrier to participation, but as a tiny non-profit, we are unable to provide additional financial support.
