June 6, 2019 Call for Submissions: BIG on Bloor
We’re welcoming 10 new game-makers to DMG, and we need mentors from this community to help with troubleshooting, guidance, and support.
Mentors are the backbone of our long programs. Past participants tell us getting to know Toronto’s generous, skilled, and creative indie designers, developers, and producers is their favorite part of their experience.
You are right there when they run into a blood-curdling bug; you see where they’re trying to go with their design and offer tips and shortcuts; you buoy their confidence and clear a path so they can learn to solve their own problems. You listen, you provide focus.
There are six mentoring/work sessions, and we’d love it if you could join us for any of them (no need to commit to the full schedule — we know, it’s summer!):
If you are available for any of these dates, please let us know by signing up for our mentor mailing list. Once you’ve done so, drop us a line and let us know what dates you’re available.
